The cakes were simply amazing - we could not believe that they were gluten free/dairy free. Not only were the cakes tasty, they were also beautifully decorated. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The cake Allison made for my daughter's graduation/birthday celebration was truly amazing. We had several dietary needs to accommodate and she did them all- vegan, gluten-free and peanut free. She took the time to discuss our design through many emails and phone calls. The end result was a yummy two-tiered chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and buttercream icing topped with a fondant graduation cap (the added touch that made the cake).
